Welcome to Impact Finder! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Impact Finder Shop Mini application ("Service") operated by Goodszilla ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Description of Service

Impact Finder is a Shop Mini application that helps users discover products aligned with their personal values, such as sustainability, fair trade, veganism, and other ethical considerations. Our Service includes:

• Personalized product discovery based on selected values
• Product browsing and favorites functionality
• Gamification features including scoring, levels, and achievements
• Community leaderboards
• Integration with the Shopify Shop App for purchases

2. Eligibility

To use Impact Finder, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Have a valid Shopify Shop App account
• Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
• Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws

3. User Account

Your Impact Finder account is linked to your Shopify Shop App account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

When using Impact Finder, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Manipulate scores, achievements, or leaderboards through fraudulent means
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

5. Product Information and Purchases

5.1 Product Listings

Product information displayed in Impact Finder is sourced from third-party merchants on Shopify. We strive to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, impact claims, or pricing are accurate or up-to-date.

5.2 Purchases

All purchases are processed through the Shopify Shop App. Your purchase transactions are governed by:

• Shopify's Terms of Service
• The individual merchant's terms and policies

We are not responsible for fulfillment, shipping, returns, or customer service for products purchased through our Service.

5.3 Value Claims

While we categorize products based on their stated values (sustainable, vegan, etc.), we do not independently verify all merchant claims. Users should conduct their own research before making purchase decisions.

6. Gamification and Rewards

6.1 Points and Levels

Impact Finder includes gamification features such as points, levels, streaks, and achievements. These are for entertainment and engagement purposes only and have no monetary value.

6.2 Leaderboards

Your username and score may appear on public leaderboards. We reserve the right to remove users from leaderboards for violations of these Terms.

6.3 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any gamification features at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Impact Finder Service, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by Goodszilla and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.

Your use of Impact Finder is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimers

Impact Finder is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
• Product recommendations will meet your expectations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goodszilla and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

• Product issues from third-party merchants
• Any damages resulting from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goodszilla, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Impact Finder at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goodszilla operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Goodszilla regarding the Service.
